Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for orders within the UAE, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For International Orders (Outside UAE):
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for orders shipped outside the UAE, except for:

Orders shipped to the European Union (covered under the 14-day cooling-off period below).

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see "Damages and Issues" section).

To be eligible for a return (UAE only), your item must be:

Damages and Issues

Return your item first. Once approved, purchase the new item separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be:

In original packaging

With proof of purchase
Refunds (UAE & EU Only)

We inspect returns upon receipt.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Allow additional processing time by your bank.
