Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for orders within the UAE, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For International Orders (Outside UAE):
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for orders shipped outside the UAE, except for:

  • Orders shipped to the European Union (covered under the 14-day cooling-off period below).

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see "Damages and Issues" section).


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (UAE only), your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn/unused with original tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)


How to Start a Return (UAE & EU Only)

  2. Returns must be sent to:
    [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
    ⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Contact us immediately at bassel.chehabi@ironbridge.me if you receive:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
    (Applies to ALL customers, including international)


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty, cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • International orders (outside UAE, excluding EU)


Exchanges (UAE & EU Only)

Return your item first. Once approved, purchase the new item separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be:

  • Unused/unworn with tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds (UAE & EU Only)

  1. We inspect returns upon receipt.

  2. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Allow additional processing time by your bank.

  4. Contact us if refunds are delayed >15 business days after approval.
